Within industrial three-phase power supply systems, the Three Phase AC Contactor is the core device for remote switching and automatic control of three-phase loads, widely compatible with control demands for various three-phase asynchronous motors, three-phase heating equipment, three-phase lighting clusters and other loads. Our manufactured Three Phase AC Contactor covers a full range of current ratings from 9A to 630A with a rated operating voltage up to three-phase 690V, specially designed for frequent start-stop working conditions of three-phase AC circuits. Compared with single-phase products, this Three Phase AC Contactor adopts a three-phase symmetrical contact layout to realize synchronous switching of three-phase circuits, effectively preventing damage to load equipment caused by phase-loss operation, making it an essential basic control component for three-phase industrial control systems.

This Three Phase AC Contactor features a grid plate arc extinguishing structure paired with an enclosed arc extinguishing chamber design, which can rapidly extinguish electric arcs generated during three-phase disconnection, reducing contact ablation rate and extending product service life. Main contacts are made of silver tin oxide alloy with excellent electrical conductivity and strong welding resistance, maintaining stable contact resistance even under heavy-duty frequent startup conditions. The internal magnetic circuit system is optimized for a wide pull-in voltage range, enabling reliable attraction under severe grid voltage fluctuations while keeping operating noise below 30dB, suitable for indoor control cabinet scenarios with low noise requirements. The product is standardly equipped with 1 Normally Open + 1 Normally Closed auxiliary contacts, expandable to 2NO+2NC upon request, with dual mounting positions on the top and side to meet signal feedback and interlock control demands for different circuits.
