Hardware accessories refer to machine parts or components manufactured from metal materials, as well as various small hardware items. They may serve as standalone functional units or act as auxiliary aids. Examples include hardware tools, mechanical components, daily-use hardware, architectural hardware, and security products. The majority of small hardware products are not intended as final consumer goods; rather, they serve as supporting components for industrial manufacturing, semi-finished products, or tools utilized within production processes. Only a small subset of daily-use hardware products (accessories) constitute essential tools or consumer goods required for daily living.
Acceptance Inspection of Hardware Accessories
Upon the arrival of hardware accessories at the warehouse, the warehouse manager shall notify the relevant specialized departments to conduct an inspection:
1. Metal materials shall be inspected by the Tooling and Molding Department.
2. Other electromechanical products and general hardware accessories shall be inspected by the Electromechanical Department.
3. Specialized or custom-made hardware accessories shall be inspected by the Electromechanical Department in coordination with the end-user department.
Once materials have successfully passed inspection-and the warehouse staff has verified the accuracy of the quantities-the formal warehousing procedures shall be processed.
