4-pole AC Contactor

Equipped with four independent main contacts, the 4-pole AC contactor can separately control neutral circuits in addition to three-phase power circuits, serving as a dedicated contactor for three-phase four-wire power supply systems, dual power switching and centralized control of high-power single-phase load clusters, filling the gap of ordinary 3-pole contactors incapable of synchronously cutting off neutral wires. Our self-developed 4-pole AC contactor covers mainstream current specifications from 16A to 225A with a withstand voltage of 690V. Synchronous pull-in and breaking of four contacts completely eliminate safety hazards such as electric leakage and equipment breakdown caused by live neutral wires, representing rigid-demand components for photovoltaic energy storage, building power distribution, ship electrical control and charging pile matching.

Most commercially available 4-pole contactors suffer from undersized fourth-pole contact capacity prone to ablation; all four groups of main contacts of our 4-pole AC contactor adopt silver alloy materials of identical specifications with fully consistent current-carrying capacity. An widened arc extinguishing chamber design rapidly extinguishes electric arcs generated during four-wire breaking to extend overall product service life. Widened heat dissipation channels are built into the unit body to stabilize temperature rise under long-term full-load four-wire operation. Modular accessory interfaces allow installation of delay units, mechanical interlocks and surge absorbers to adapt to complex four-wire power distribution control systems. The flame-retardant housing resists high and low temperatures and aging, enabling stable operation in indoor and outdoor control cabinets.

The core applicable scenarios of 4-pole AC contactors focus on three-phase four-wire power supply environments. Photovoltaic energy storage combiner cabinets and industrial & commercial charging pile power distribution systems rely on 4-pole AC contactors to synchronously cut off three live wires and neutral wires for improved power utilization safety. They are extensively used in central air conditioning and general lighting main control cabinets of commercial buildings and hotel power distribution equipment, ship and port machinery four-wire electrical control systems, new energy equipment, small sewage treatment power distribution cabinets and automatic dual power switching devices.
