Designed to meet high-power control demands of heavy-duty industrial equipment, the High Current Contactor is engineered for switching high-current loads, covering rated currents from 250A up to 630A and above. It serves as the core control component for high-power motors, metallurgical equipment, mining machinery, main power distribution circuits and other scenarios. Our manufactured High Current Contactor adopts reinforced main contacts and large-capacity arc extinguishing systems to withstand arc impacts during high-current disconnection, maintaining an extended service life even under AC-3 heavy-duty working conditions. For high-power equipment such as main drives of steel rolling mills, mine hoists and large air compressors, reliable operation of the High Current Contactor directly determines the stability of entire production lines. Our products have been stably deployed on heavy-duty production lines of major domestic iron and steel groups for many years with proven outstanding quality.

Main contacts of this High Current Contactor are made of thickened silver cadmium oxide alloy featuring large contact areas and strong current-carrying capacity, capable of enduring several times the rated impact current during motor startup without welding failures. The arc extinguishing system employs a multi-grid enclosed arc extinguishing chamber that rapidly cools and extinguishes strong electric arcs generated during high-current disconnection, effectively protecting contacts from ablation while eliminating safety hazards caused by arc leakage. The magnetic circuit system adopts a double E-type iron core structure with sufficient pull-in force, ensuring reliable attraction even under severe grid voltage drops and avoiding poor contact from insufficient coil suction. The overall modular detachable design enables separate replacement of vulnerable parts including contacts and coils, significantly reducing customers' later maintenance costs.

All finished products undergo 100% full inspection before shipment, and we accept third-party factory inspections designated by customers to ensure every delivered High Current Contactor meets heavy-duty operation requirements.
